Previously a full-time mother whose muesli making skills were growing disproportionately in comparison to the capacity of her home kitchen, Sally Jackson bravely stepped out as an entrepreneur during the 2020 lockdown.
These healthy, delicious, and highly nutritious products have diversified to include a gluten-free and sugar free range. The recommended serving is just thirty grams, which is two heaped tablespoons. A qualified dietician has verified this measure.
Now in her second year of business Sally has a factory, the shop, a website, staff, social media accounts and a popular business. An exciting journey to inspire all budding entrepreneurs.
The shop is open Thursday to Sunday and for the upcoming Easter weekend Sally will also be open on Monday 18 April 2022.
