 as a great success I thought! Some beautiful creations were made amongst fa
 ntastic conversation. We were a group of 9 in total ?? Thank you ladies! Me
 n are most welcome too.\nOur next CRAFTERNOON will be a different kind of c
 raft and creativity - I have asked Carlin Perros from Move it Modern Dance 
 to put a customised routine together for us to learn. We will dance off som
 e emotion in a fun, sociable and rhythmic way. Carlin will adapt for all ag
 es, fitness levels and illness limitations. Everyone will be included in cr
 eating something expressive.\nWe will then have some tea, coffee and nibble
 s and round the afternoon off with a 'Calm the nervous system' short medita
 tion with yours truly.\nNo prior experience for either dancing or meditatio
