DESCRIPTION:<p>Book now to be at Crafternoon 2</p><p>Our first CRAFTERNOON of making ma
 ndalas was a great success I thought! Some beautiful creations were made am
 ongst fantastic conversation. We were a group of 9 in total ?? Thank you la
 dies! Men are most welcome too.</p><p>Our next CRAFTERNOON will be a differ
 ent kind of craft and creativity - I have asked Carlin Perros from Move it 
 Modern Dance to put a customised routine together for us to learn. We will 
 dance off some emotion in a fun, sociable and rhythmic way. Carlin will ada
 pt for all ages, fitness levels and illness limitations. Everyone will be i
 ncluded in creating something expressive.</p><p>We will then have some tea,
  coffee and nibbles and round the afternoon off with a 'Calm the nervous sy
 stem' short meditation with yours truly.</p><p>No prior experience for eith
 er dancing or meditation needed.</p><p>Where: House@9, 9 Drew Avenue, Howic
 k, 3290<br />When: Wednesday 26/01/22 from 3pm - 5pm.<br />Cost: R70 (inclu
