  Market<br />5km / 12km / 20km <br />R90 / R130 / R160 (Early Bird Special 
 until 7 February 2020)<br />R110 / R150 / R190 (Regular entries valid after
  Early Bird Special)<br />U18s pay half-price!</p><p>Late entries will be a
 vailable at a surcharge of R50 (U18s exempt), please arrive in good time to
  have your registrations processed. <br />Offering three courses, participa
 nts get to experience the serene beauty of the SAPPI forests and grasslands
  on the outskirts of Howick!</p><p>The trails are not overly technical, mak
 ing it more traversable to long course runners. The shorter course is easie
