the flowing single track, farmlands and Karkloof mistbelt grasslands on the
SAPPI Karkloof trail network.

The SAPPI Karkloof Trail Network needs no introduc
tion and we know that trail runners are in for a treat! Flowing, fast and r
unnable, the 10km and 20km routes will be an opportunity to test your speed
and gain some distance.
The 5km provides a more relaxed morning out
– it is an ideal entry level race and perfect for kids. Walkers are welcome
on the 5km and 10km.
Entries open Friday, 28 June at 10am. Ear
ly bird entries (10% discount) on offer till 16 September 2019, with regula
r priced tickets available thereafter.
Pre-entries close Friday
, 4 October and late entries will be available on the day at a surcharge of
R50 (U18s exempt).
Registration kicks off at 6am, please arriv
e in good time for your entry to be processed.
If you kids are
too young to take on the trails, we have you covered! Our KidZone will be u
p and at the ready to tend to your little ones (2yrs+) while keeping them e
ntertained with fun activities. Please pack snacks sufficient for the durat
ion of your run. Water and juice will be provided by us.
All ra
ces will start and end at the Karkloof Country Club that boasts great facilities – lus
h green grass, shady verandas, pump track for kids, jungle gym and hot show
ers!
Don’t hurry home, but rather bask in the vibes of the race
village that will be fully stocked to cater for your needs. Flavoursome foo
d, craft beverages and wholesome trail chatter – a perfect end to a fantast
ic morning of trails.
