DESCRIPTION:Come and learn to play one of the fastest-growing co-ed sports in the count
 ry. Bring the family and friends age 8+ and learn the skills and rules of U
 LTIMATE frisbee.\nRegistration: R75 pp or R100 for entry and 2 Raffle ticke
 ts.\nCoaching session: Participants are placed in groups of 12 and are coac
 hed in numerous skills by ultimate players.\nDemo game: The coaches and oth
 er seasoned players play a demo game for some exciting viewing! Participant
 s can simultaneously support the food, snacks, pancake and coffee stalls.\n
 Mini matches: All participants can now apply their skills in a 5-a-side tou
 rnament.\nLumo match: The afternoon closes with an optional game of glow-in
 -the-dark frisbee after sunset.\nRaffle tickets: These are available at reg
 istration and during the coaching session. Winners will be drawn just befor
 e the 5-a-side tournament. Prize sponsors include Outdoor Warehouse, Wedgew
 ood, Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse, and Utopian Massage & Beauty.\nThank
