This is a fundraising event to help three Scouts from 1st Hilt on and 4th Pmb get to, and participate in, the Senior Scout Adventure in th e Cederberg in December 2024. The Adventure programme features the best of advanced Scouting to provide participants with real challenges in the famou s backpacking country of the Cederberg Wilderness Area along rugged, rocky trails. https://cederbergadventure.co.za/
Wear crazy, colourful ' glow in the dark' clothes & don't forget to bring your fully charged he ad torch!
There are two route options - a 2,5 km shorter option for f amilies with younger children and seniors - and a 5 km route. Walkers and r unners are welcome. Dogs on lead are allowed. Parents must accompany younge r children under 12 years. The route will be well marked and marshalled.
Food and soft drink stalls will be available at the start/finish and th ere will be lots of lucky draw prizes after the event.
