Forest Gnome Trail - Combined Midlands and Durban Ramblers hike. Walk through shaded forest paths near Howick with views of Albert Falls. Circular hike of 5-6 hours, 240m elevation - bring lunch and 2 Litres water. No entrance fee to the forest is payable at present. Meet and park at 08:30 just outside the gate at Amber Ridge (just off Karkloof Rd). Please book with hike leader by email.
