Tillietudlem Game Reserve is 2000ha of prime mist belt grassland situated in the upper Dargle valley. The reserve has strong herds of plains game, excellent birding and some of the best wildflower viewing in the country. Other attractions include fly-fishing and photographing the registered Nguni herd. Guided walks have been arranged on the dates above to see nature’s garden at its best – flowers and birds in abundance. The walks will be limited to 20 people per walk and will cost R120 over and above the usual entrance fee of R10 per garden or the Harcourts OMG Season Ticket. Tea and scones will be served prior to the walk, and a light lunch thereafter. Booking is essential. For guests who wish to overnight there is the 4-star graded historic Ogram’s House, with a large garden and rolling lawns overlooking the trout dams.
