Come and learn to play one of the fastest-growing co-ed sports in the country. Bring the family and friends age 8+ and learn the skills and rules of ULTIMATE frisbee.

Registration: R75 pp or R100 for entry and 2 Raffle tickets.

Coaching session: Participants are placed in groups of 12 and are coached in numerous skills by ultimate players.

Demo game: The coaches and other seasoned players play a demo game for some exciting viewing! Participants can simultaneously support the food, snacks, pancake and coffee stalls.

Mini matches: All participants can now apply their skills in a 5-a-side tournament.

Lumo match: The afternoon closes with an optional game of glow-in-the-dark frisbee after sunset.

Raffle tickets: These are available at registration and during the coaching session. Winners will be drawn just before the 5-a-side tournament. Prize sponsors include Outdoor Warehouse, Wedgewood, Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse, and Utopian Massage & Beauty.
